MotoGp Italy Fan’s are the most enthusiastic!

Its one week to go until the MotoGP Italy Grand Prix kicks off.  This is already the 5th race of the season and probably one of the most popular.

The Mugello circuit is located in the beautiful countryside of Tuscany and has some of the best facilities.  It was bought by Ferrari back in 1988 and was renovated to a very high standard. The Mugello is to MotoGP what Monaco is to Formula 1.  It is definitely one of the best motorcycle race on the planet and every motorcycle fan should experience it at least once in their lifetime.

The atmosphere at this event is electric with the MotoGP Italy fans being the most enthusiastic.  At the end of the race the track is opened to the fans as thousands descend to the front of the podium to watch the winner take their trophy.

Did you know that the home crowd at MotoGp Italy circuit Mugello has enjoyed seeing at least one Italian rider on the podium every year since 1995?

Valentino Rossi has been lucky enough to win seven times at this circuit, but he doesn’t hold the fastest race lap qualification. That is currently being held by Dani Pedrosa from Repsol Honda.

I wonder will someone else beat it this year?

Complementary and Alternative Treatments on the rise!

A recent European wide survey has shown an increase for complementary and alternative medicine. More and more people are looking for lifestyle choices and spa holidays that have a more holistic approach to health.  The survey was carried out by CAM and they found that in nine countries across Europe, nearly half of the respondents have used some kind of alternative healthcare. It is also estimated that the European Commission spends €100 million on Complementary and alternative medicine each year.

Spa Holidays across Europe are also following the trend with wellness centres offering a range of Alternative therapies such as Reiki, Acupuncture Homeopathy, naturopathy, yoga, meditation, tai chi, chiropractic and osteopathy.

If you are suffering from stress or anxiety an Alternative spa holiday could be the answer.  Usually if you are showing signs of stress the Doctor will recommend that you try and relax. However that can be difficult in this hectic life we lead these days.  Spa Holidays give you a chance to escape from everything and try some alternative therapies that will really help you to unwind and clear your mind.

You may be able to continue some of these treatments even when you get home.

La Scala was Verdi’s par excellence theatre and even for today’s performers it is like they are walking in the footsteps of those famous composers and opera singers that have gone before, they can almost feel their presence.

Having been lovingly restored back to its former glory after the Second World war the theatre continues to mesmerise those that visit it. La Scala Milan, is to be seen to believed. The work that goes into putting on a opera is phenomenal, when you book the tickets and consider the price, you must remember the hard work and dedication that goes into making each performance such a success. From the stage designers, to the orchestra, to the costume department and singers; everyone works as a team to ensure that each performance is as good as the last.
