Once you have found the activity you would like to book, click on the Booking Options tab.
Step 1: Select arrival period
Step 2: Select the number of nights. If this is a day product then select 0 nights.
Step 3: Select the number of rooms that you require for your party.
Step 4: Select the month of arrival
Step 5: Select date of arrival
Please check that your holiday summary is correct before clicking on the book now button. If your selection is not suitable then click on the Start Again button or contact Customer Service by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephoning +44 28910 404080
Once you click on the book now button you will be taken to your shopping cart which will display a short overview of the holiday you are going to book. Once you are happy you are booking the correct holiday click on "Proceed to Check Out". You will then be on our secure booking page where you will be asked to fill in your contact and payment details.
The name of the lead traveller is entered in the top half of the secure booking form and the credit card holders name is entered in the payment section on the bottom half of the secure booking form.
You will be required to add the names of the other travellers and we suggest that the first name should be of the lead traveller.
Once you are sure all the details are entered correctly on to the secure booking form click "Book Now" only once.
If the booking is accepted you will be given a booking reference number and the message on the screen will confirm you have now checked out and the booking is complete.
Shortly after booking you will receive a customer confirmation voucher and invoice by email within 2 Hours. If you do not receive an email from Activity Breaks after 4 hours then please contact Customer Service.

NB. Please remember that the package you are booking may include more than one person in the price so please read the package description very carefully so that you do not over-book.
It is your responsibility to check your holiday summary and shopping cart before proceeding to booking as we can not be held responsible for duplicate bookings or over-booking.
If the date, duration or group size you require is not available please contact customer service and we will do our best to arrange it for you.
We would advise that you book at the earliest oppurtunity to avoid disappointment. However if the holiday is available for the duration and arrival date you require, we would advise that you make the booking no later that 3 days before the date of departure so we can ensure you receive all the vouchers you require in good time for your holiday.

There will be no extra cost for your holiday if you book on the telephone.
This means we need to confirm the date you want is available before we take payment from you.
When this is the case the product will display a 'SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY' stamp.
Select the date you require on the calendar and it will also warn you that the product is subject to availability, you will still be allowed to reserve the date you want and fill in the order form and payment details.
Once you have provided payment information a message will appear on your screen to inform you that we will check the availability of your requested date and confirm your booking within 24 hours. We will never take payment from you until the booking has been confirmed.
It is advisable not to book your flights until we have contacted you to confirm your requested dates are available.
Activitybreaks.com cannot be held responsible if you book your flights and the date or break you requested is not available.
We are happy to assist you with an enquiry regarding any break or trip on our website.

Once you have made your booking with Activity Breaks, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail. This will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us with. If you dp not receive your confirmation within 3 hours of booking please call +44 28 91404080.
All requests will be dealt with to the best of our ability and are entirely subject to availability.
Activity Breaks reserves the right not to make changes 7 days or less prior to travel.
Please note that this process may take up to three working days.
If an amendment is possible there is a standard £25/€35 administration fee to generate new booking vouchers as well as any additional costs that the hotel/travel partner charge for the change.
Activity Breaks hopes that all customers enjoy their holiday.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your arrangements, you must notify the relevant supplier as soon as possible. The reason that we and/or the supplier require you to do this is to give us and/or the supplier an opportunity to resolve any problems before they spoil your holiday.
If you are ill whilst on holiday, you must consult a local doctor and also consult your GP on return to the UK. Should you then wish to make a claim against us or the supplier as a result of that illness, you must provide us or the supplier with details of both the local doctor whom you saw, and your GP, together with written authority for us to obtain a medical report from both those doctors.

Please ensure that you outline the nature of the complaint within 90 days of your return from holiday. Failure to follow this procedure may reduce or extinguish any rights you may have to make a claim against either us or any relevant supplier.

You will receive confirmation of your booking (via e-mail) within two hours of having completed your transaction. If you haven't received an email from us please check your junk mail folders. If confirmation is still not there then please call our Customer Service Department on +44 28 91 404080.
In most cases the booking confirmation you receive by e-mail will suffice as your ticket (i.e. your ticket will be redeemable for the activity or package upon arrival). Please make sure you take this booking confirmation with you on your travels.
There are some cases where you will also be posted a ticket (e.g. a concert ticket). In this instance your ticket will be posted to the land address you provide to us, and you will be notified of this in your booking confirmation voucher.
Please note that tickets for some events are to be collected from the reception desk at your hotel on the day of arrival.
To to find a flight to match your Activity Break click on the 'Enquire' link under the Whats not included section of the product summary. It Then displays which airlines fly to the selected destination and prices for each available flight.
You can also search for a flight to match your Activity Break by clicking on the 'See who flies here' link in the shopping cart area of the website.
Activity Breaks strongly recommends that all persons who partake in activity breaks take out appropriate insurance.

A one off credit card fee is charged if you use a Mastercard or Visa Card.
A Wishlist is a personal section on the website where you can save breaks that you are interested in for future reference or to compare a range of breaks.
On a product page below the title, click on the "Add to wishlist" link. This product will then be added to your wishlist.
At the top of any page click on "My Wishlist" which will contain in brackets the number of packages that you have stored. From here you can see summaries of what you have saved and can remove certain items.
