From the 19th September - 4th of October the city hosts its annual Oktoberfest, where thousands of tourists will descend to partake in the wonderful Barvarian beer and the annual festivities. So its time to dawn your lederhosen!
No. 2 Milan
Piazza Duomo, Beautiful archictecture, Great shopping, Fashion need we say more!
No. 3 Salzburg 
The birthplace of Mozart and the setting for 'The Sound of Music', the hills really are alive with stunning scenary, dreaming spires and romantic gardens.
No.4 Vienna 
This has to be Austria's largest city, lying on the banks of the Danube with a long tradition of art and culture. Visit palaces and grab a coffee at one of the city's famous coffee houses!
No. 5 Innsbruck 
The capital of Tirol, set beneath rugged mountain peaks this isnt just another ski destination it has a lot more to offer, pay a visit to the Stadtturn, once a prison it offers some great panoramic views over Innsbruck. At night visit the 'Bogen' or Viaduct, this is a row of bars and pubs located in the Viaduct.
No. 6 Bergamo 
Last but by no means least the city of Bergamo. If you want to sample Northern Italy in a short break and avoid the hustle and bustle of Milan then this is your place.
