Berchtesgander Land Ski Resort is located on the edge of the Berchtesgaden National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The resort is comprised of six ski areas: Rossfeld, Zinkenkogel, Gotschen, Hochschwarzeck, Berchtesgaden and the most well-known area, Jenner. It is the perfect destination for a family ski holiday as it has a superb range of beginner and intermediate slopes. There is an efficient ski bus system which connects the neighbouring towns, making all of the ski resorts easily accessible.

Berchtesgaden ski area is located in the southeast corner of Germany, close to the country's border with Austria. The area is easily accessible from most major cities in Europe.

Munich, Germany - 196km or 2 hours drive.  Via train from Munich city is 1h30

The evenings in Berchtesgaden can be lively with abundant pubs and clubs. There are also folklore evenings and concerts to be enjoyed.

Besides skiing, there are other outdoor activities of which you can partake including bobsleighing, luge and tobaggoning.

If you prefer a cultural twist to your ski holidays, Berchtesgaden has you covered. "Eagle's Nest", Hitler's infamous World War II mountain retreat, is visibile from the ski area. You can also visit the nearby salt mines or take a trip to the Konigssee Lake.
