Courmayeur is a picturesque Italian mountain village that, despite the nearby Mont-Blanc tunnel road and modern hotels, has retained much of its traditional feel. The typically alpine village has a charming traffic free centre of attractive shops, cobbled streets and well-preserved buildings.
Courmayeur is a world famous ski resort set amongst the largest mountains in Europe. It offers skiing for all abilities with a focus on intermediate level skiers.
There are a total of 100km of runs including the famous World Cup downhill run as well as the International run, which is 6km long and drops 1,000m.There are 23 excellent runs, along with access to wonderful off-piste on both sides of the border.
