The villa is in the beautiful Tuscany countryside next to the town of Leonardo Da Vinci, just between Pisa and Florence. The Tuscany villa is situated on the slopes of Vinci hillside and gives you the best panorama view and the fresh aria even in the summer months. We provide you a half day guided biking tour, give you free maps and all the indications and guidance you may need. All the biking trails are well marked.
The villa is an ideal starting point for all kinds of trekking, picnics and tours to Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena and Montecatini Terme spa town, where you can book a relaxing massage too. The Mediterranean seaside is just 30 minute driving distance.

The apartments are suitable for up to 4 people. There is a big double bed in the bedrooms and an armchair that turns into a double bed in the living room. The apartments are suitable for 2 couples or for a family with 1 or 2 children.
The apartments are fully equipped with a cooking area (fridge, freezer, oven, 4 gas stoves, sink), rustic table with bench and chairs, safe, bathroom (shower, WC, bidet, basin), balcony with a small table and chairs. The parking is reserved for the guests. Additional meals /like dinner with the owner and her homemade pasta/ and horseback rides can be booked during the holiday

The apartments have a living room with double bed, bedroom, kitchen/oven,fridge,freezer/shower bathroom.There are some sharing areas like the solarium terrace with deck-chairs for the sun and beach umbrellas; the shaded garden, the barbecue area, the green garden with a tennis table and children's playground.During the harvest time of the grape (September) and the olives (November) is possible to take part in picking task, following the farmers tradition.
