Sigulda is the only Olympic-standard bobsleigh track in Baltic's, home of national team. There are ten curves, one bridge. In winter there is leisure version of the bob, made of soft padding and rubber called "vuchko" (soft bob), not piloted and taking 5 participants at a time. Each participant gets TWO rides.
The track is located in picturesque hillside of Gauja national park just 40 minutes drive from any Riga hotel. We book you a slot, but short queuing still sometimes might be required.
The season of winter bobsleigh: mid November till mid. March, Saturdays and Sundays only, but if the group is more than 15 people, the track can take the group on weekdays (on request).

The duration of this activity is 3 - 3.5 hrs with transfers.
Minimum group size for this activity - 5 people.
The activity reserve the right to turn away participants under influence of alcohol or illegal substances, in which case no compensation or replacement activities are provided.
Activity is state-run and is known for cancelling bookings without notice due to unscheduled training sessions and track maintenance. The track converts to summer use on tarmac and back to ice every year, this is weather depending and without notice, and the track will stay closed for couple of weeks. Even when reserved well in advance the track does not guarantee booking; in such cases we provide alternative activity.
