The hotel is located at the foot of the famous Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi mountains, right in the heart of the ski town of Chamonix and only a few steps from the railway station.

NB Ski Passes: You will receive a ski pass for each FULL DAY you are in the resort. This means if you stay for 4 nights and you will receive a 3 day ski pass etc.

Transfers Information:

Semi private transfers with mini bus - door to door service

Maximum wait at the airport will be 45 minutes from your arrival.

Pick up time for return transfer back to airport will be 3-4 hours before flight.

NB : These rules apply for flights between 09.00 & 21.00 hrs, outside of these times the maximum waiting time at the airport increases to 1.5 hours and the pick up window changes to 3-5 hours before the flight time. 

Resort Information:

Nestled at the foot of the Mont-Blanc, Europe's highest summit at 4810 m, in the northern French Alps, Chamonix is not only one of France’s top resorts but one of the World's best boarded by Switzerland and Italy. Chamonix offers a multitude of slopes for all levels, each ski area having its own merit.

Chamonix skiing extends over 3 main areas and offers a great choice of pistes.  The Chamonix Le Pass gives you unlimited access to Brevent-Flegere area, Domaine de Balme, Les Grands Montets area (cable car from Loganan to Grands-Montets not included) and Les Planards, Le Savoy, Les Chosalets and La Vormaine.

The 4* Hotel is 600 metres from the Aiguille du Midi Cable Car.  Its Europe's Highest Cable car and a 20 minute ride will take you to the gateway of the Alps to a height of 3842m.  There is a laid-out terrace offering 360o view of all French, Swiss and Italian Alps.  

There is also a ski bus that takes you between each cable car station in Chamonix.  The service is free as long as you show your ski pass. 

Access to the Grands-Monets cable car costs €10.

Ski Areas:

Brevent/Flegere (1030m – 2525m) - The ski area offers one of the most outstanding panoramic views of the Alps.  With south-facing slopes offering a wide variety of pistes and views over the Mont-Blanc Massif ideal for intermediate and experienced skiers.

Le Domaine de Balme (1453m – 2270m) - ideal for beginners and intermediate skiers.

Low valley ski areas

Les Planards (1062m – 1242) just 2 minutes from the centre of town, large ski area for beginners and intermediate skiers with 4 runs (1 red, 1 blue and 2 greens)

Le Savoy (1049m) is in the heart of Chamonix and ideal for beginners.  You will find 2 drag lifts and a rolling carpet welcome beginners and children for their first turns. Artificial snow and ski kindergarten.

La Vormaine (1480m) Located at the foot of Charamillon on the Balme ski area, these sunny slopes are ideal apprentice skiers and snowboards, as for little ones (ski kindergarten run by ski school)

Les Chosalets (1230m) situated at the entrance of Argentiere, just 500m from the Logan/Grands Montets cable car, idea for beginners and great fun for children.

The streets of Chamonix offer a colourful choice of sport shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. You will also find a cinema, bowling alley, ice rink and a large sports centre and indoor climbing wall and numerous museums.  Every Saturday you will find an outdoor market brimming with local crafts and produce.
