This holiday is ideal for single's who want to relax and enjoy the scenry of Sardinia but also meet other singles! This special group holidays for singles includes single use of a standard tent with single bed and lighting with no hidden charges.

We are offering 4 singles group walking holidays for people travelling on their own: 1 - 8 June, 29 June - 6 July, 31 August - 7 September and 21 - 28 September. If you would prefer to arrive or leave a day or two earlier, then this is not a problem. Please contact customer service and they will arrange this for you.

Start the day with a relaxing hour of yoga by the beautiful shore. The clean air and the peace of the pinewood make Mandras the perfect place to go back to nature.  The pebble and rocky beaches is only a short walk from the campsite. During the week we  have included 3 guided walks, 1 massage and an inland excursion. This excursion is a combination of touring through the province of Nuoro and various short walks to famous sights. On the sandy beach of Santa Lucia, 5 km from the campsite (free shuttle service), you will find the water sports center that belongs to the campsite. Here all guests of the campsite can have free use of canoe, body-board and snorkel equipment. You can pay to follow a varuna sailing course, a catamaran sailing course or a windsurfing course.

Please note that Mandras is also a family campsite and there will be other families, couples and groups on site.

3 Guided Walks are included in your break, here are an example of the different walks:

Fruit Route - 3.5 - 4 hours duration. The walk from Monte Albo to Siniscola goes up through the mountains, then in to the woods, in the springtime we will see lavender and rosemary in bloom. We can also see Siniscola in the distance. We follow a path that takes us down past an old lime kiln. Finally we walk at the foot of Mont Albo, through farmer's fields and into Siniscola.  We then have time to enjoy a cup of real Italian cappuccino at a cafe.

Biderosa to Berchida - approx 4 hours duration. At the South of Capo Comino lies the nature reserve Biderosa.  The walk north to Berchida starts here.  This is a flat walk that takes us first through the Biderosa nature park and then along the beach followed by a gravel path.

Mont Albo East (Punta Cupetti) - around 3.5 hours duration. One of the most beautiful and most difficult walks is the walk up Monte Albo. The route goes first up to the 1,000 metre high top, where our reward for the climb is the amazing view. Then we walk for a while along the top of the mountain until we descend the mountain to the end of the walk. Part of the walk is over large rocks where there is no footpath and you need to be fit, have good balance and good walking boots for this walk.

Wellness Facilities:

Start the day with a relaxing hour of yoga by the beautiful shore.  This package also includes 2 massage treatments.  This includes treatments such as Ayurveda massage, relaxing massage, sport massage and Reiki. You can also use the Jacuzzi and swimming pool or maybe swim in the sea, the shore line is a 5 minute walk from the campsite.

Resort Information:

The camping is quietly situated in the middle of nature, North of Capo Comino. The sea with many small pebble, sand and rocky beaches is only 200 metres from the campsite.  Nature lovers and those who seek tranquility can enjoy peaceful walks in the 270 acre pine woods. It is possible to join a group for an hour of yoga on the shoreline at dawn. The village of Santa Lucia can be reached by a path through the woods and along the sea shore. A 2 km path in the opposite direction leads you to the exceptionally beautiful dunes of the Capo Comino beach.

On the shady, 10 acre campsite there is a swimming pool, whirlpool, tennis court, for the children a kids program and a playground. There is also a restaurant, pizzeria, bar with terrace and a campsite shop.  In the evenings you can drink a glass of wine with friends, watch a film, and play darts and pool.
