The best the outdoor world has to offer, concentrated in one area. This ultimate outdoor playground which occupies some 6.5 hectares of land is suitable for all climbers, watersports enthusiast and adrenaline junkies.
Package includes:

Water Area:
In the water area you will find a swimming lake, a thrilling water-slide park, a diving platform, beach volleyball, beach soccer and a Venice beach style gym. The swimming lake and sport facilities are supervised by state-examined lifeguards/instructors. Please note that our swimming lake does not have a shallow and/or secure area for non-swimmers and small children. All guests have to follow the rules and safety instructions of the extreme sport facilities. Opening Times: 10 am – 7 pm
The swimming lake is a 7000 sqm-sized near the banks of the Ötztaler Ache. It is surrounded by huge green lawn and offers a place for approx 2000 swimmers and sun lovers.
Blobbing sounds sounds harmless, it is however one of the biggest adrenaline rushes you can have over the water. This is how it works:
On the water floats a Blob, a huge inflated rubber tube. The „Blobber“ sits on one end of the Blob, then the „Jumper“ jumps from a higher platform and lands on the other end of the Blob, catapulting the „Blobber“ metre high in the air and then landing in the water.
In the Waterslide Park you will find five crazy water slides and one cannonball offering unlimited fun.
Use of the climbing facilities is included in the entry price for the AREA 47 Water Area (without equipment and instructor).
