Messa Di Gloria is a nine movement mass, originally composed by Giocchino Rossini and was first performed on the 24th March 1820 in Naples. Its held in the intimate Teatro della Fortuna, which got its name from the original city name Fanum Fortunae, meaning "town of fortune".
